Hi there...my name is Shawna and I live in Washington State. I'm a fan of "Without A Trace" and the real life missing persons portion of the program this week caught my eye. When I saw the photos in the clip, I initially thought I was looking at a parental kidnapping scenario until I paused the dvr and read the details. I did a web search and found this page. What a sad story this is ... so many years have passed with no resolution for the family. I hope the network exposure will bring the right person to this page...miracles happen every day. I pray that one day soon the Barter family will find the answers they deserve. God Bless.

Hi! My name is Denise. I was born in Pensacola. I vaguely remember news stories about little Danny. My grandparents and parents all talked about it. I remember the talk about the alligators. I really hope that one day soon Danny will find you all again.

Hi I'm Val and I received an alert on facebook about this case and recognized the age progressed photo on this site so called 1 800 the lost. I know the chances of the person I know being Danny is probably slim but as a parent of 2 girls there were too many similarities to ignore. Now I want to keep up on the case in hopes that there is a happy ending . By the way called in the info on Jan 25, 2010
